My mom recently was diagnosed with diabetes and is on new meds. Now has blurred vision. Should she be worried? - diabetes meds

My mother was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She started only to new drugs and are now blurred. Is this a normal phenomenon in medicine? His doctor said, yes, but they were not sure. She is going blind fear. Is your vision blurred or disappear after some time should not worry?

Blurred vision is often associated with type 2 diabetes. Make sure that your mother is also an exercise and diet, as it should be. Sometimes diet and exercise are insufficient to reverse the disease if in the infancy. But you know how doctors love, drugs, everything that happens to prescribe. Read this site to help his mother.

, Had a vision when my blood sugar too high if the high blood glucose levels is blurred you can really develop, both the excess glucose in your system, the glucose in the fluid of the eye is to make something clear, it should test their sugar is high, when you talk to doc adjustment of treatment when they need them for a while, and normally they are still blurred vision, call the first pharmacy and ask questions about side effects of certain medications you are taking, over the years with my diabetes and other conditions that I realized that my pharmacist is often better informed about side effects of my medicine than my doctor, you need to find a good, but if the uncertainty is not a side effect, and sugar are high, you should have a doctor seek, and perhaps the eye doc have some damage in the eye with its high sugar content previously diagnosed and drug

Blurred vision is not normal with medication. Call a physician vision. It could be blurred, because his blood sugar is high, but must be prepared to leave not only with drugs. It takes time, blind, but Cateract can be caused by high blood sugar levels, you must delete them, but knowing that the needs of eye care much. You must go now.

I was there diagnosed almost three years, and my vision was blurry when I learned my BG was high. When I got my normal number of BG, has improved my vision. It should take only a little, and it looks better when in a few months, contact your eye doctor for an examination.
