The BBB has absolutely no regulatory power. Investigations of this kind is not what they do. And this is not a government agency, he can not do much for you in terms of prosecutions and investigations. To file a complaint about a beauty salon file, must go through the Control Council in your country to go to - usually the board of cosmetology, or a name very similar. Here is a list of 50 states and the coordinates of the Board of Directors is of every state. Search your state, you will find contact information, and then contact us. These are people who talk, do not want the BBB. State boards of complaints, and checks as well. You can take legal action against a salon guaranteed if. The commissions have the legal authority to do so. The BBB has no jurisdiction to take any legal action against someone because they are not a state or federal level. This is a private institution.

You can write a letter to the Better Business Bureau and are sent on a secret. I have 2 points in my life, and they both worked.
