Where can I buy good farmland in Ohio for a small farm ( 5-10 acres)? - ohio farm lease

I want to increase fruit and vegetables for my family. I threw chickens and rabbits for meat. I prefer land that is not in or near cities.

My suggestion to you would be the geographical area to find a rule to want to help and live contact with several real estate agencies dealing with agricultural properties, to seek any type of packages may be available. Make sure that these players understand AG. performed, and what are their intentions for this country. Residential Assistants are in line with the urban market. Call Burea local farm in the county and ask them if they could suggest a number of RE agents are known, and check the yellow pages under "management" how are you people tend to authorized real estate agent can be as good and in the yy able to help you find the kind of package that you are looking for your family.

Use a good deal for the purchase of this land. The country is currently at record levels and small packages, as you are well as residential land and its costs will be higher than the agricultural conversion rate to seek views. According to the community this country has to be placed, other laws for zoning and various types of property areTaxes. Understand what the zoning and taxes on land it intends to be an offer to purchase.

West-central Ohio has the best farmland and away from cities. My first choice would Darke County. Preble (where I) is a small agricultural production is a good option.
